"Every day I am thankful that I get to share my faith journey with my friends and classmates. I am also very grateful that I get to go to a school like Don Bosco because I get to learn more about my faith every day and we get to talk about our faith with our peers and not have to worry."
–Paige Corkery, Class of 2024
Juniors host a Saint Fair each year in the gym. They showcase the projects they put together to share information about their confirmation Saints with our K-8 students.
Religion is part of our curriculum in our preschool through grade 12 classrooms. We are here to partner with families in developing each child spiritually, academically, physically, and socially. As students learn about the Catholic faith, they develop strong moral character that will help guide them in the years ahead. Families of other faith backgrounds appreciate how learning about our faith helps students grow in virtue and strengthen their own beliefs.
Middle and elementary school religion classes cover the following topics, exploring them deeper each year: Revelation, Trinity, Jesus Christ, Church, Morality, Sacraments, Kingdom of God. Second grade students prepare during the school day for receiving the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.
