Our PTO plans this activity to bring together the families of our younger students. Families from St. Athanasius and St. Johns Independence are also invited to join us for games, facepainting by the cheerleaders, treats, and cheering on our football team.
At Bosco Catholic School System, we believe that field trip activities are critical to the educational experience. From preschool through high school your child will enjoy learning outside as well as inside the classroom.
Students enjoy a variety of excursions from visits to local destinations such as nearby fire stations, Hartman Reserve Nature Center, Grout Museum's Museum School, and Cattle Congress to more distant attractions such the Mississippi River Museum in Dubuque and Living History Farms in Des Moines--just to name a few.
Don Bosco Prom is a highlight of the year. Families are invited to the Grand March at 6 PM. Check the calendar for the date of this year's prom.
Our junior class parents plan our Post Prom Event. Donations are welcome to make this a fun and safe night for our students.
National Honor Society (NHS) hosts an event each year to honor the veterans in our community. NHS serves coffee and breakfast to veterans and all are welcome for the event that follows .Kindergarten through grade 12 students join together for this morning of recognition and celebration.
