Tuition Assistance

 

It is our goal to provide all families that desire a Catholic education with that blessing.  To that end, there are multiple programs that assist with the cost to attend our school.  After reading the information below, please contact us at 319-296-1692 for more specific information on how affordable our school can be.  A Catholic school education is within your reach!

 

Iowa Education Savings Account (ESA)

       *K-12 students new to our school are eligible for an Iowa Education Savings Account (ESA).  More information on this program can be found at https://educateiowa.gov/pk-12/education-savings-accounts

         *Current students with a family income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for an Iowa Education Savings Account (ESA).  More information on this program can be found at https://educateiowa.gov/pk-12/education-savings-accounts

       * An application is needed for this program.  The application process has not been announced yet.

 

School Tuition Organization (STO)

        *All students at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible for awards from this program.

Other Opportunities

Iowa Tuition and Textbook Income Tax Credit

        *The credit reduces Iowa income tax by 25% of the first $2,000 paid in tuition and fees.  https://www.iowaace.org/tuition-and-textbook-tax-credit/

529 Plans

        *529 plans can be used for K-12 tuition.  More information about how you or other taxpayers can set up an account in your child’s name can be found at www.collegesavingsiowa.com
