Your initial password is Hawkeye and your birthday in six digits, per below

Once you are logged in you will need to change your password. Please choose a password you will remember.
Your password needs to be alpha-numeric (have letters and numbers), six or more characters, and it cannot be one of the last two passwords you've used.
Answer the questions and keep pressing Next to get to next screen. If it gives you the screen that asks to verify payment, go ahead and choose yes, as High School students are not billed because the bill goes to the High School.
You should then get to your My Hawkeye Screen. There should be icons on left side of screen for your email, your Canvas where your college classes are listed.

Call to have your password reset by telephone. Be prepared to answer a few identification confirmation questions.
