Igniting Learning, Leadership, and Life Skills

At Bosco Catholic School System, we prepare students to be the Light of Christ in the world. We are a Leader in Me School, offering a challenging academic program that prepares students to be life-long learners, leaders, and active members of the community.

We encourage our students to strive for academic excellence and leverage resources and hands-on learning experiences to teach critical thinking skills and practical application of their knowledge and talents. Students enjoy a well-rounded curriculum that includes science, social studies, fine arts, and physical education with choices for electives beginning in middle school. Our curriculum is aligned with the Iowa Core and the standards set by the Archdiocese of Dubuque.

Beyond core academic skills, our students also develop healthy lifestyles, responsible digital citizenship, an appreciation for the arts, and an understanding of diverse cultures. Teachers get to know their students well and empower them to reach their full potential.

"Going to a Catholic school has given me so many opportunities. I enjoy being able to learn about my faith among others of the same age as me. I also enjoy having some of our teachers share the same faith as us so they can relate to us on a faithful level." –Emily Naughton
