BCSS Return To Learn Plan Taking Shape

The BCSS administration has formed a committee of administrators, teachers, and support staff to develop our Return To Learn plan that is required by the state.  The committee is tasked to come up with plans for each of three possible learning scenarios for this fall: Brick and Mortar (traditional), Distance Learning (on-line only) and hybrid (combination of the other two).  Our small class sizes and existing technology allow us to be highly flexible between each of the options with limited or no disruptions in the learning process.  While Governor Reynolds has authorized schools to have an early return for the purpose of progress evaluation, we don't currently plan on altering our published schedule for 2020-2021.  We are planning on starting on August 24th with our Back to School Business Day on August 13th.

If you have any questions please contact the school principals.

Below is a summary of what the Return To Learn Committee has been working on with each workshop.  There are three additional workshops scheduled for June 8, June 11 and June 15.  The final plan will be sent to the Department of Education by July 15.
